MVPA was started in 2021 by two friends and lifelong truck and set PA's Hunter Beard and Deven Hernandez. Both men truly love what they do and feel the importance of a positive and fun set environment. Forever trying to grow and innovate, they saw the opportunity to build on the careers they had come to love so much. Both Hunter and Deven believe that positivity, hard work and good business is the backbone of every successful shoot. And they have built and maintained years long relationships because of that.

Hunter and Deven built MVPA around four core services: equipment rentals, location floor and wall protection, staffing, and environmentally conscious waste removal. They set out to provide the best industry standard production supplies for the best pricing. Their location protection services are often up to 50% cheaper than competitors due to the fact that they are already going to be on set to do it themselves (this service is charged separate from day rates so OT does not apply), and already have the vehicle, etc. When it comes to staffing, Hunter and Deven started handpicking the hardest workers they saw on set and trained each person using methods and techniques they have picked up over a 12 year career as truck and set PA's. Lastly, they felt the need to provide real recycling services. The sad fact is that most set waste is simply taken to the dump. Hunter and Deven actually recycle. If there are left over water bottles, they donate them to people in need.
